Esthers Modeling Agency & Finishing School was revamped in July of 2001—creating a capsule of over 25 years experience from a wide spectrum of expertise and skills. Founded by Colleen Kosti who began early in life with lots of tenacity and ambition, she found herself launched into a career journey beginning in 1979 for many years of fashion modeling, beauty industry, became a College cosmetology & model instructor, to opening her own salons and finally school of beauty arts. She is Multi Award Winning in Makeup/ Nail Artistry and Hand Sculptured Acrylics, and successful with instructing Children in dance, creative movement, image, wardrobe & colours, & etiquette.
Colleen has committed her talents to the raising up of “Models”- not the usual type of Model! She helps individuals become role models of excellence in integrity & their creative talent. She trains her students & models in skills needed to build their success. Recently founding in June of 2003, the "Spirit of Excellence, Inc." a non-profit, charitable organization. This has been a great move which now contains all the different components of her work and expertise in skills to reach more people and enable Colleen to work in different areas. Many components work together to provide training for young people and leaders to fulfill their destiny.
Colleen has now completed writing the Queen Esther's Finishing School curriculum. The material is composed into 4 teaching methods with 2 additional components:

weekend Modeling School: beginning Friday pm, closing with Saturday
evening & all day - this is an excellent girls & young
women's weekend
- A
one day / or 3-2 Hour Inner & Outer Beauty Self Improvement
Workshop: may include or feature the following

Esther's Finishing School - year long program ( 5 sessions of eight weekly classes) with the
summer off for Fashion Show/Dance Production
Colleen presently directs the daily activities of the "Spirit of Excellence, Inc.", co-ordinates the professional services of Esthers Modeling Agency, Photo Shoots, and instructs Esthers “Princess-Young-Teen & Queen” Classes in manners, modeling, and the Professional Training in makeup & Nail Artistry Techniques. Her background is incorporated to all the classes & workshops offered— Aesthetician, Educator in fitness, aerobics & body conditioning, etiquette, award winning makeup & nail artistry, choreography & dance (including flags & streamers).
