CALLING ALL BEGINNER FLAG TWIRLERS - NEW FLAG STUDENTS AND RETURNING

NEW CLASS SCHEDULE !!!

CHILDREN WELCOME TO JOIN NOW!!

NEW CLASS TIME STARTS

SATURDAY APRIL 12^th

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

This new flag class time (10 am – 12 noon) will begin with:

☻ 10:00 am – flag workout warm-up

☻ Beginner Flag Rudiments & choreography

☻ Colouring flag manual & flag movement memory time

☻ Healthy snack time

☻ Kid’s Movie Time

☻ This schedule will rotate between age groups and levels – so exact activity times may vary. Students will need to be here for the full class time.

Kid’s Movie time will include;

☻ Bible Story Video’s, Kid’s Flag Worship video’s, and other amazing Worship Arts Concert video’s

COST: $80 includes GST
SUPPLIES: $55. includes flag w/flag twirling baton, SOE twirlers T-shirt, snack, manual & movie time.
Total $135 for 10 weeks

☻ HOLIDAY WEEKEND – CLOSED MAY 24^th (this is the US holiday – leaders have a workshop away)

☻ June 14^th last class for semester is a Special Event Field Trip, at Carousel of Nations!

§ NO CLASS APRIL 19th–SOE is CO-ORDINATING THE CUTIE PIE CONTEST AND STAGE EVENTS for Mom2Mom AT THE: FAMILY EXPO EVENT (at Forest Glade Arena-adults admission $1 - kids free)

SOE FLAG/DANCE CO. WILL PERFORM FOR NOON (APPROX)

ALL FLAGGERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE!

PARTICIPATING FLAGGERS MUST ATTEND THE EXTRA PRACTICES:

o APRIL 15^th Tuesday 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

o AND Wednesday April 16^th 5:00 – 6:30 pm.

o Attending event: ADULTS MUST PAY ADMISSION OF $1 – KIDS UNDER 18 FREE!

o And we need parents to make their own arrangements or with one another for children’s rides there! We cannot organize this, nor provide rides to this event.

o Thank you for your assistance!!

PLEASE EMAIL to CONFIRM YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN ATTENDING THIS NEW CLASS.

WE ARE TAKING BRAND NEW CHILDREN FOR THE BEGINNER FLAG CLASS - ALSO!!

SO PLEASE PASS THE WORD ALONG!

ALL NEW CHILDREN MUST PRE-REGISTER, AND PURCHASE THEIR SUPPLIES

o Other notes:

o Intermediate Flag Students may come for this early class schedule and be a Class Helper.

o Intermediate Flag Class will be at 12:30 – 1:30 and Dance Class will be at 1:30 – 3:00 pm. bring your own lunch to eat from 12 - 12:30 (we do not have a cook for Saturday lunch at present)

Please let me know who is planning on being a Helper – so we can make a schedule and outline the helping jobs!

Some of the Flag Class Helper jobs will be:

o Flag Class Coach

o Star Dollar Store organizer

o Star Dollar Store Banker

o Snack prep & Clean Up

o Movie Time monitor
